Establishing Coldwell Banker Advantage on a foundation of integrity, I’m a bilingual (French/English) Real Estate Broker, Property Management entrepreneur, and Investor with over 15+ years of experience helping others achieve their unique versions of market success. Driven to make transactions seamless and cordial for everyone involved, I bring with me extensive expertise of the local investing, buying, and selling processes as well as the art of full-scale renovating. Progressive by nature and an entrepreneur by choice, I’m one who learned early that real estate/sales was the mutually rewarding industry I wanted to pursue. With this, it became the catalyst for me to specialize in versed property investing, attain ownership of Coldwell Banker Advantage in 2018, and expertise in home construction/full-scale renovations. Collectively, these efforts have not gone unnoticed, as I’ve gained several accolades over the last 15 years. Some of those include my brokerage attaining continuous growth that has led it to become one of the top producing agencies in Niagara, frequently ranking as one of the top individual realtors in Welland and Niagara (including #1 on several circulations) and earning numerous Client Satisfaction awards.
From securing profitable listings to leading timesaving closings, nothing makes me happier than delivering my clients the concierge service and value-based results they deserve. Overall, I'm heavily ardent about accentuating the real estate experience and demonstrate that by not just being a broker, but also a mentor along the way – all with a core initiative to empower my clients with unbiased insights and landscape knowledge so they can make the best-educated decisions for themselves and their futures. That, in conjunction with my strong negotiating skills and reputation for always placing my clients’ best interests first, is what can solidify your confidence that your own real estate journey will be nothing shy of productive, memorable, and above all else, successful.
In the end, client successes are my success, and I am always remaining updated on the current market/industry trends to ensure my clients attain the fundamental service they deserve. However, when I am not working, you can usually find me networking at social events, being an avid board member of several local non-profits, staying active at the gym, and spending time with my beautiful wife and three children.
